Booking terms

These terms explain how appointments with Été Studios are arranged. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Bookings and prices

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. They are requested through the official Facebook page or booking@etestudios.co.uk and are confirmed once Summer agrees the date and time and receives any required deposit. Prices displayed on this website were accurate on 12 August 2026. Please confirm the current treatment and price before booking.

Deposits and changes

A £10 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the treatment price. If your plans change, please contact Summer as early as possible. Deposits may be retained following a late cancellation or missed appointment to reflect the time reserved and reasonable losses incurred. Any charge or retention will be fair and proportionate. Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel or a refund, that right takes priority.

Suitability, age and consent

Treatments are available only to clients aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information about relevant health conditions, medication, allergies, previous procedures and pregnancy or breastfeeding. A treatment may be postponed or declined where it is not considered safe or suitable. A patch test is required before treatment, and consultation and signed consent are also required where applicable.

Results and aftercare

Results vary with skin type, healing, lifestyle and aftercare. Photographs and examples are not guarantees. You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided. Contact Summer if you have concerns during healing. Seek urgent medical advice where symptoms indicate an emergency or serious reaction.

Appointments

Please arrive on time. A late arrival may shorten the appointment or require rearrangement where there is not enough time to complete the treatment safely. Please treat the studio, artist and other clients respectfully.

Complaints

Please raise any concern with Summer as soon as possible so it can be considered fairly. Contact Été Studios through the official Facebook page. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
